Motivation

The server manager needs to configure the zfs pool and file system of the server based on available hdds

Solution

Added ZFS manager as a service. This might not be the right approach long term, but it's viable for now. It might wind up making more sense for the ZFS manager to be a resource.

Also create a crontab file when setting up the ZFS pool to set up the weekly scrub. It's not really possible to test that the cron job is picked up correctly by crond, but we can test that the file has valid cron syntax
