Motivation

Would be handy to have an endpoint that will return all of the leased IP addresses from dnsmasq's database

Solution

Added an endpoint that parses the data out of the dnsmasq leased IP addresses database file and returns it as json.

Again, issues with testing this in a virtual environment as the network configuration is not representative
