Motivation

~75% of the server-manager PR workflow time is spent downloading container images from public repositories. By updating applications to retrieve these images from KTC's container registry, we might be able to reduce the time spent from 3 minutes to under 10 seconds.

Solution

I've copied the container images from the public repositories to our own container repository. I've then updated the docker composed file to point at those images.

Once this is merged, should be able to rerun the last workflow in server-manager and see an immediate improvement in speed
