antman 369d0363cb Automatically generate random values for ktc-api environment (#7) 
### Motivation

Rather than requiring the user to manually update the `.env` and then restart the service, we want to use the new `randomValue` template variable to generate random values for the Postgres password and the BetterAuth secret

### Solution

Updated the environment file and also specified the port for ktc-api at runtime
