Motivation

We need the server manager to create a DNS record for every application that has a subdomain.

Solution

Added a DNS record resource that communicates with the KtC API server to add DNS records to a domain owned by the customer.

After trying to get the actual KtC API server running in the simulation tests, I figured out it wasn't worth the effort — getting the API server running would also mean running mocks of all of the services it depends on, such as porkbun. It turned out to be much easier to implement a mock running in the simulation test itself.

Currently, calling the KtC API is authenticated using email & password, but it should be easy enough to update the ktcClient code once that changes.
