Motivation

Cloning the application installers into a temporary directory makes the installation process harder to repeat. This will create and issue when the config managers start tracking actual state versus target state because the source directory a file resource won't be permanent.

Solution

Instead of using a temporary directory, we will clone into /ktc/installers.

This also allowed us to remove the temporary directory lifecycle service.

I've also consolidated all of the path constants in methods into a path object in a single file
