Motivation
Since the server is going to be acting as a home router, it needs to broadcast a wifi network.
Solution
Setting up a wifi network can be done pretty easily using network manager, e.g.
nmcliIt's also possible using dbus, but I've decided that it's not worth the additional complexity at the moment.
Testing the Wi-Fi implementation is problematic in a virtual machine. For now, I'm just testing that it tries to set up the Wi-Fi and detects that there is no available Wi-Fi device.
It also seems like Wi-Fi and network configuration is different to other resource types. Other resources can support muliple instances but network configuration is kind of a singleton. I'm not quite sure what the best approach is yet, but I've implemented this as a function that can be called somewhat idempotently, and then the config manager calls the function when it's applying the config.
