Motivation

In order to use the server as a router we need to set up an interface with the external zone which automatically enables masquerading.

Solution

We look up the ethernet devices on the server and take the first two devices as the external and internal devices, respectively.

Adding a device to the external zone should activate that zone. The external zone has masquerading enabled by default.

Hopefully that should be everything we need to configure the server as a router! This will need to be tested on the physical prototype server rather than in a virtual machine.
