Motivation

Changing the IP of the runner broke the tests recently. That's a silly dependency to have hard coded, So we want to update the tests to automatically detect the host machine's IP

Solution

Use Deno built-in function Deno.networkInterfaces() to get the first physical NIC. Wouldn't work with bridge devices like we have on the prototype but that's okay I think
