Motivation

Creating a local DNS address for the server is generally helpful, especially for less technical users which is specifically who we're trying to help.

Solution

Added a configuration file for network manager to activate dnsmasq as a DNS provider and then added a config for dnsmasq to resolve homeserver.homelab to 10.42.0.1. We then reload the network manager config
