Motivation

Every server is always going to need caddy, so we want it be part of the base Thunderhead installation

Solution

Since it uses the copr dnf plugin, I don't think it's possible to install it in the %packages section. So have added it in the post installation script. Have also enabled the caddy api service

Also found that git wasn't installed as part of the server environment, so I've added that to the package list.
