Motivation

Every KtC sever is going to need zfs, so it should be part of the base OS install.

Solution

Install zfs in the post install scripts.

In the documentation, it wasn't clear what the tradeoffs were between "DKMS style" and "kABI-tracking kmods" so I've opted for the "DKMS style", whatever that is
