Motivation

Want to be able to install the KtC api server, and it would be good to dogfood the application installation system.

Solution

Add the api server to the applications registry.

One issue with this approach is that it's difficult to set secrets (well, it's not difficult but it's not hands-free/plug-and-play). Might be able to solve this worth mustache lambdas, but we'll do that in a followup request.
